These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products through the Domeda.it website, managed by Domeda Srl.
1. Parties to the Contract
The sales contract is concluded between Domeda Srl (seller) and the customer (buyer) who places the order through the website.
2. Products and Prices
Product prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied will be that indicated at the time of the order.
3. Orders
The order is finalized upon receipt of email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious errors in the price or product availability.
4. Payments
We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, as indicated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
6. Applicable Law
The contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Agrigento shall have jurisdiction.
