Amber like its color, intense like the Sicily that inspires it. This artisanal preserve is born from the unlikely yet perfect encounter between prickly pear (66%) — exotic, juicy, unmistakable — and quince (10%), with its ancient and enveloping floral notes. A full 180g of fruit for every 100g of product: not a jam, but a concentrate. With a touch of lemon and orange to balance. Perfect with aged Sicilian pecorino cheeses, or simply on bread in the morning.
